With a direct entrance from Rue du Champ de Mars and privileged access for our guests, this gourmet eatery has been created by the inventive and sparkling chocolate confectioner Christophe Roussel: combinations of incredible textures and flavours and harmony of explosive colours. To delight your taste buds, the chocolate bar offers you the opportunity to enjoy spicy hot chocolates, hot chocolates flavoured with orange, vanilla, raspberry as well as several chocolate bars with only the finest of products from Africa, Venezuela, Santo-Domingo, Madagascar and Trinidad.
Guests can also sample superb Christophe Roussel 19s traditional macaroons and his brand new creations with rum/coca, daiquiri/lime peel.

Belonging to the new generation of chocolate confectioner named 1Cexperimental chocolate confectioners 1D widely acclaimed and now managing three shops: Paris, La Baule, and Guérande.
Always on the look out for surprising or unexpected shapes and flavours, this witty confectioner constantly tries new chocolate and macaroons flavour combinations and textures in order to surprise and delight the taste buds.
His motto? Rethink shamelessly our favourite classics: With him, the macaroon is stuffed with goat cheese and foie gras for Christmas or even takes the shape of a finger 26
Last but not least, Christophe Roussel belongs to 1CRelais desserts International 1D Association and is also member of Generation C such as famous Thierry Marx, Flora Mikula and Johan Leclerre.
Cool shades of grey with apricot, green apple and fuchsia touches, clean lines, quality materials: architect Olivier Gossart signed the refurbishment. The hotel boasts 26 Standard rooms equipped with a Queen sized bed (160 x 190 cm) and 14 Superior rooms equipped with a King bed (180 x 190 cm) or Twin (2 x 90 x 190 cm) plus the Junior Suite

In each room, light variators allow guests a changing and cosy atmosphere, creating a well of lights in welcoming bathrooms not forgetting the amenities like comfy quilts, large beds and soft bath towels.
